Honestly.. I need advice
Have any of you successfully lost a lot of weight? How did you do it? (Please don’t just say diet and exercise I really need more detail than that if possible) because been struggling to lose weight any time I actually try and I don’t have any sort of thyroid issue or anything like that and it’s extremely discouraging. I know I’m not a healthy weight for my height which also makes me not an ideal weight to make pregnancy easier.. I don’t binge eat, I barely snack, and I don’t have a horrible diet. I don’t often have much time to exercise but I want to try to make the time somehow even though it’s never helped before. I guess what I’m asking is for any sort of advice you ladies might have for me because I’m really struggling and it hard to stay positive when you don’t even like what you see in the mirror. This time last year I was 40 pounds or more lighter. What not can I do to get back down to at least that weight...?
Also I have abnormally large breasts but don’t want to get a reduction so I may still breastfeed whenever I do become pregnant... I’ve heard you can’t or shouldn’t breastfeed after a reduction.. is there any more information anyone could give me on that a well? I know a huge part of my weight problem and self image problem is how ridiculously large they are..
