Beginning of the month I had took out my nexplanon because it I was experiencing bad anxiety and weight gain, my doctor had recommended the combo pills since I dont like the thought of being on depo. So I am on the 3rd week and 5th day of being on cyclafem. My doctor had told me that I was going to start my period on the 5th day(so that's the 19th day of being on the pill).. but I haven't gotten it yet. I am cramping and having cravings, I dont think I am pregnant since I'm always on time taking the pill. Should I be concerned?
