Love the name Vada but worried it’s been ruined by Star Wars. I don’t want that brought up constantly. It originated in 1920’s and means ruler 😍

I don't think Star Wars at all. However, I do think it's a name that will get pronounced wrong alllll the time since it looks like vah-duh but I think is supposed to be pronounced vay-duh? I always have to stop and think because the spelling doesn't match the pronunciation at all.
