I read an article recently about a woman who took on the challenge to have sex with her husband every single day for a month. At first I was like...really? Ugh. That's hardcore. But her reasoning behind it struck me. She said:

"I go and work out every single day. I go to Zumba and humiliate myself in front of 45 women every single day because I decided my body is worth it and I'd like to wear a swimsuit at some point, so why can't I put 15 minutes a day toward my relationship?"

In the end it really strengthened their relationship & they continued to make it part of their routine.

DF and I decided to give it a go. I figured there's really not a downside & if it helps to bring us closer together why not? Plus BD'ing daily should really boost our chances in TTC :) anyway, I just thought it was a really interesting article & made a lot of sense to me. I thought maybe you guys would benefit , too. I see posts all the time of guys not wanting to BD because it feels like work. Maybe if the intimacy of it was restored & it became more like something you do to strengthen the relationship rather than just to conceive they may be more apt to want to Bd during the fertile week days. Hope this helps someone.
