Lower uterine pain

So, I’m 34 weeks pregnant. I haven’t been experiencing contractions, I don’t think, because my entire uterus isn’t seizing up, but I’ve been having semi-intense lower uterine pain/cramping. Baby is moving around and stuff, so I don’t think anything is wrong, I’m mostly just curious if this could be a sign of early labor. I’m not spotting, but I have a lot of pressure on the lower part of my uterus and back pressure. I feel like I have to poop, but I don’t have any poop to poop haha.
