pumping motivation

my baby is about to 4mo. we are kinda struggling & i think im gonna have to get a job just bc I feel like I need to help my boyfriend out. I was exclusively breastfeeding, I’m sad I may have to stop. Im starting to pump but its so hard, I know I’m making enough milk but when I pump only a couple oz. come out. It’s mentally draining. I need motivation bc I don’t wanna do formula... I dont have anything against it but my milk is best, you know?
