So I’m on my 4th menstrual cup, it’s a MeLuna Shorty. I can fit one finger up there, and I have to do an origami fold just to get my cup in pain free. Once I do get it in, it’s pretty comfortable.

But taking it out hurts SO BAD.

I can’t fit enough fingers in there to get it into a C fold. I can break the seal, but the second I do that the cup squishes into a flat shape, (since I can’t get it into a C fold) so it presses against the sides and causes a really bad dull pain through that entire area. Then actually pulling it out is like a really sharp pain so I have to do it quickly.

Can anyone tell me what’s going on or recommend/give advice?
