Cramps😞

Anyone else get cramps that hurts bad that it wakes you up and even when you take midol or any other pain meds, it still hurts? Or how about getting cramps in your lower back and in your ovaries. Mine use to never be so bad. Maybe one day out of my 5 day period but never hurt to the point where I had to take midol or a pain med. Last month was my first period since getting off of Nexplanon in July. (Was on it for about 9 months) Now on my second flow. My cramps are terrible tho. I've taken about 4 midols in the last 2 and a half hours and I still hurt😭 I'm not sure what else to do. I'd take a bath but I don't want to wake my husband up. He has to work. (Yes, on Christmas)

I can't set up or even find an OBGYN till after the 1st. Our insurance doesn't begin till then. What can I do?
