Blue veins in your breast???

I posted earlier about some symptoms I'm having as AF is not due until the 30th/31th. I just went to the bathroom to take a shower and I noticed I had blue veins on my breast which I've never had this much of a noticeable blue veins. Is that another early pregnancy some women have?? Thank you for your help. I'm just praying all these symptoms I'm having/had aren't just in my head.
