Getting Pregnant not having any

Hello everyone I'm 34 yes old. I've had four miscarriages in past year and half. My husband and I have been trying for about two years now but not having any success. Our last pregnancy their was a baby being Form and heart beat then it just stopped and I lost it. It put me in a bad head space for a long time. I didn't want have sex let alone think about getting pregnant. A friend told me about this app and I've been trying keep up with it to help my odds in getting pregnant. I'm on fence and want know if anybody could give me good advice on how get pregnant without another miscarriage.

Thank you in advance for your options or suggestions. My doctor said we don't qualify for IVF or anything bc I keep getting pregnant. So any information to help me with this issue.
