Finally, planning our wedding 👰

Just wanted to share with someone!

We got our invitations printed and it’s now seeming so real! I’m so excited.

We have been engaged for 2 years tomorrow, but I kept postponing the wedding because I just wasn’t excited about having one. I don’t have a family of my own and I haven’t made friends since we moved to another side of the country. I didn’t want to get married feeling “alone”.

I realized, I’m not alone- I’m marrying him because I love him, not depending on my circle of support. So we thought about the colors and theme for about a year before deciding. Once we decided on the colors and theme its all starting to get planned out.

So the venue is booked, the photographer and caterer too. Now that it’s becoming “real” I am so excited about everything!
