Fenugreek and Evening Primrose
Has anyone tried Fenugreek or Evening Primrose while TTC? I've read so many conflicting articles. Some say steer clear and others say they are great until ovulation which is when you stop taking them in case you do get pregnant since they are not safe for pregnancy but yet they claim to help while TTC??? I'm just curious as to what you ladies think of them.
