PLEASE Help implantation bleeding??

I'm 10 day past my obvulating cycle. I have never ever ever had an irregular period and 10 days ago i thought i started my period plugged it in and then it just stopped a couple hrs later. Now I'm a day late for my period and I've been reading about implant bleeding? I'm new to glow so idk what dpo af any of those things what they stand for lol. We've been trying to conceive for 7 months. Can anyone help me out or get prego when feeling like this? I also am having really bad lower cramps like I'm actually on my period for the past 10 days but im not... I'm not nauseated or anything. I am crazy emotional cryong almost everyday. Someone help me please
