Can someone plz help!!

So my period this month is super weird.. firstly, at 12dpo I spotted a whole day and it was literally so pink I could barely see it. The next morning I started bleeding like a normal period (I’ve never spotted before it always comes full blown) I’m not on day 5 and it’s pretty much gone but yesterday my boobs had shooting pains in them and I woke up this morning to my boobs super tender and my nipples hurt!! I have 2 kids already and I’ve never had any type of bleeding etc with them.. does this sound like maybe I need to take a test or probably my period?? I’ve never experienced my boobs doing this ever in my years of getting a period!!
