What are steps for FET?

Hi, I found out my fresh embryo transfer failed today . I’ll start my period a week before the clinic opens. What are the steps for a FET and will I be ok to do a transfer in January?

My clinics procedure is Contact clinic first day of cycle . They usually send you for baselines around day 3 or 4. If all baselines look good they will start some of your meds and have you repeat tests the following week. And then if your lining and blood work are progressing they will have you start the rest of your meds and schedule your transfer for usually about a week out from that point.

I can only speak to what my clinic has explained about how the process for me will go, baselines, medications to quiet the ovaries and "prime" the uterus. Once if and when the uterus is nice and fluffy they transfer the egg(s). I have unfortunately heard of women having to cancel an FET for many different reasons.

I have to call day 1 of full flow and I start estrace day 2 or 3, depending on day 2 blood work. If your clinic is closed when you start your period you may not be able to do your cycle, but it depends on them.

Here’s my calendar for my FET I did in Sept. I started BCP in July. I was on Lupron, Estrace and PIO shots. Added baby aspirin the day before transfer.
