Which order sounds better (boy name)?

We struggled for a long time trying to pick names we both liked. We've finally got a first and middle for if it's a boy (but still working on girl names). We've finally decided we'd like to go with a family name for a boy--James was my grandpa's first name and Raleigh was my other grandpa's middle name. We're just having trouble deciding which way sounds best. Thoughts?

I went for James Rayleigh but that’s only because there was a kid in my class who would constantly say “Really James?!” In a funny accent (he’d say really like: re-hee-ly) so when I see Rayleigh James I’m just hearing that kid again.

Oh weird, I have a cousin called Raleigh James! It’s a nice name! He does have to correct people often, when they call him Riley.
