Wanna no if i miscarried

K so last thursday i had a VUS was suppose to be 8w4d but measured only at either 5w or 6wonly saw the sac..

i started spoting brown after was told that normal after VUS then started spotting pinkish the back to brown one time i wiped it was alot n red just that one time then back to brown So friday i started cramping like i do when im on my period but spotting pinkish again so went to the ER they did an ultrasound said i was measuring at 5w2d so got confused cause i was that a week b4 and still only saw the sac got discharged and came home about 30 min after being home started cramping and getting sharp pains that just felt horrible where i had to hunch over i started vleeding heavy with alot of clots went back to the er said there was no point on doing anothe US cause i was just there but she did a pelvic exam and said the clots were coming from my cervix was in so much pain they gave me Percocet n sent me home still bleeding and some clots still bleeding like a period have a dr appointment on tuesday want to no what to expect please any advice
