Reasons I can't sustain a pregnancy?

I have a appointment with a fertility specialist in March but wondering what I should expect. What did they do? What were your diagnosis? Were you able to sustain after fertility help? TIA!!!! 
SN: I've had 4 early miscarriages between 3-5 weeks & this will be our first baby and I already know my husband will be the greatest dad of all🙃

Have you had your progesterone levels checked? Sometimes low levels of progesterone cause early miscarriages.
