Do all vaginas look different?

I have multiple questions. Do vaginas look different before you lose your virginity compared to after? Do all Vulvas look different? I was 7 and fell off the monkey bars onto a chair and was bleeding but I think I was cut, I'm not sure as I was young and I'm not really sure what a vagina/vulva is supposed to look like and I'm losing my virginity soon and I'm really self conscious about this.

Also, I don't think I have inner lips?? Is that normal????
