12 week appointment

So I had my 12 week appointment today and all they did was listen to the heart beat. It took him forever to find it and he didn't say anything about it other than the heart beat was 155.

They took blood for nipt and I actually passed out after. Not very fun..

What was y'all's 12 week visit like? I was sorta expecting an ultrasound.. kinda disappointed..
