Inner labia lip thing disconnected

So I have no idea what the technical terms are for anything around the vulva. Pretty much when I was 7 I fell off the monkey bars onto a chair and was cut, my inner lips on my vulva or whatever, one of them was cut and is now slightly disconnected. I never noticed as I was so young and I wasn't exploring any of my body yet. I'm know 16 and am losing my virginity tomorrow. I noticed this and I'm really insecure about it, should I tell my boyfriend and just be honest or not say anything? Also should I go to the doctor to get everything checked out?
