My parents said if I wanted to go to college I had to pay for it myself otherwise I wouldn't be going. 
Think when I have children I'll open a savings account for them to make it easier for them if they want to go to college and if they don't they'll have money to start a life ect 😊

My parents had set up a college prepaid fund thing when my brother and I were younger. I think my grandfather had fronted the money to start it but my parents maintained it. By the time we went to college it paid for 4 years classes and 3 years of dorms. Scholarships paid the rest. Never got a loan, thank goodness. Still paying off my husband’s 🙄

The state. I’m gonna start my first yr next yr and I was awarded a financial pellet grant that doesn’t need to be paid back !

My mom had a rule. She paid for half if I graduate and I pay for half. If you don’t graduate you have to pay for all of it

I was very blessed to have scholarships that got me all the way through plus paid for my books and gave me money to live on while I wasn’t working.
