Horrible stomach pain

Okay so I posted about this before and talked to my midwife and I have no idea what's going on. I'm experiencing very sharp pain in my stomach like can't stand up straight pain. Im only comfortable when I slouch over. I try and kind of push on my tummy to move the baby but that also really hurts. Its like all over my tummy, not just one spot. Has anyone else experienced this? It feels like it could be a digestive issue but I have no clue and it's so aggravating. My midwife said maybe round ligament pain but it seems like it must be a bad thing when I can't even stand up straight. Any ideas? I'm 32 weeks btw
