Freaking out!!
I am about 4 weeks. Won't have my first ultrasound until 8 weeks. Its like 27 days from now. New mom. Any advise on how to calm anxiety. I am high risk for miscarriages due to autoimmune. Scares me so much, waiting 27 days to find out if I have heart beat or not.
