First failed iui, when to do the second try?

After trying for two years (unexplained infertility ) we did our first 
IUI
 with multiple follicles, but we just found out it failed. So disappointing. Anyone in the same situation? Should i do second round back to back or better wait?

I’m two days into my 4th medicated IUI cycle.
1st failed - clomid, gonal-f injections, trigger shot
2nd cancelled due to too many follicles (5) - same medications 
3rd positive, but ended up being chemical - switched from clomid to Letrozole, kept gonal-f injections and trigger shot 
We’ve chosen to do all of them back to back - I remember laughing when my Dr. asked after our first if I needed to take a break, thinking why would I take a break!?! I get it now, it does take a toll on you both mentally and physically. I try to be strong in front of everyone, but do lean on my husband a lot and let myself lose control over my emotions.
If this one does not take, we’ll move onto IVF.

It took us 4 iui’s.  We did back to back months from 1-3, but our third ended in ectopic.  So I waited one period to Give my body a rest and just reset and then got pregnant the 4th cycle

My first IUI failed too. I waited 3 months before doing another one and that one ended in a chemical pregnancy. I took a month off to focus on my personal health and my 3rd IUI worked!

I found out yesterday my first IUI failed. Im waiting on AF to come and starting round 2. I only had 1 follicle. Keep your head up. Ive been told it is rare for thr first iui to be successful. Each time, your odds increase from my understanding.

I did two back to back. Second one took, i had 6 follicles. I just came back from early ultrasound and found out it’s Twins.

We've done 4 with no success. This next cycle we're going with bcp, lupron, gonal-f,  ovidrel,  iui and endometrin. It's our last chance

Our first IUI didn't work last month. Did second round back to back. Will be testing in5 days. Hopefully second time works! Hope yours works out for you too! I know how difficult it is to stay positive when you hoped that the IUI will work and it doesnt. Best of luck to you!

We haven’t started yet, but our plan is month after month. But obviously listen to your heart and if you need time give yourself that time 😊
