The sperm that needs to stay in the uterus and is there within seconds. That doesn't help you to conceive.

I use it because I get tired of having my underwear be all wet after BD.

I started using them this month as well because I felt like I kept leaking afterwards.  Not sure if it's helping or not but I certainly don't have the leaking like I used to!  I will warn you, they are a little difficult to get out.  I usually keep mine in anywhere from 8-12 hours.  They say not to exceed 12 hours.
