Bleeding after cervical exam

I’m 39 weeks and 5 days. Had a cervical exam today and I’m not dilated but I am 30% effaced.. came home to find I bled through my underwear and pants. (It’s dark brownish-red blood). Should I call my OB? Starting to worry!!
