Natural Baby Soap/Laundry Detergent?

My 7 week old seems to have very sensitive skin and has been breaking out all over. My midwife suggested that I try some natural cleansers. Do any of you mamas have any suggestions for baby safe natural soap and laundry detergent ? Thanks in advance!

Puracy is a really good brand, and everything I've tried from them is very effective! It's actually a natural brand, not just a brand that says they're natural but still had a bunch of chemicals (like babyganics or honest company).
