Do you wear your ring to the gym?

Hi ladies this might be a dumb question but I recently got engaged and I’m wondering if you ladies wear your ring to the gym?

They make rubber rings to wear when you can’t wear your real one! My husband used to have one when he was In the military!

When I can't wear my ring I put it on my  necklace (I always have it on in memory of my son) that way I know it won't get damaged ect however the only time I don't wear it on my finger is when I'm working (not allowed) or if I'm worried something may catch it and if my fingers are swollen, but then it's always on my necklace 😁

I’ve been wasting my rings to the gym because I couldn’t find my silicone rings but my husband found them for me the other day so I’ve started wearing my silicone rings to the gym instead.

I honestly just take mine off. I’m so worried about losing it and also, it pinches my finger when I’m lifting. It’s easier to just leave it at home.

Absolutely not. I wear a silicone band when it’s not safe to wear my actual ring.
