Sleep training while breastfeeding
Has anyone sleep trained while exclusively breastfeeding? What method did you use? Did you have to drop all night feeds? Baby currently getting up every 2 hours at night and nursing is the one thing that works to get him down. I’m exhausted and he is too:(
