Me and my ex broke up in July after 6 years and have 2 kids together, he’s since refused to give me any money for his children because he says he can’t trust that I’m going to spend it on them, so I came up with the idea that he puts the £200 that he’s supposed to pay me a month on a supermarket card and I’ll just use it for shopping, which he won’t do either!

When he’s supposed to have the kids and knows I have plans he refuses to see his kids so I have cancel my plans that I have in his last bid to control me..

I don’t know what to do anymore 😭 do I just go through the solicitors routes and get legal action? Or see it out and see if it gets better because it’ll be war if I go seek legal help because he’s a trainee solicitor and will more than likely go against him 😭
