Needing advice

I’m a widow for 8 years and have a recently diagnosed (within the last year) 15 year old son with high functioning autism. He hasn’t taken a bath/shower since he has gotten too old for me to do it. Also, he doesn’t wash or comb his hair. He has told me he doesn’t like the way water feels on him. He hates water in general as well. What can I do?
