I just finished my period yesterday.?

It was weird cuz it was 6 days I usually only get 3 to 5 days only I took a pregnancy test just in case but negative.. can you ovulated after you finish your period.? I know the opk is not positive but is almost positive like if I’m gonna ovulating in 2 days I’m so confused I put the pic of the pregnancy test
