Losing weight
So I’m having some sort of internal struggle. I REALLY want and need to lose weight. I’m 5’7 and 296 pounds. I’m one year post partum and have struggled with depression. But it’s getting to the point of where I really want to and I imagine getting really fit, starting to tan, getting my teeth straightened and just feeling better about myself. I have no idea why I haven’t started doing this, it’s exhausting to think about honestly I have no idea why I won’t do it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME. Can someone please help me? Post pictures of weight loss transformations, tips, anything to help?
