Baby's Movement am I to worried?

Question

I'm 23 weeks and 5 days today I haven't felt my baby move ALL day and it's starting to freak me out because I feel him everyday especially for the last 3 weeks. I just had an appt yesterday and everything was fine think I'm just worrying to much?

Im sure bub is fine, i find if i stress to much i wont feel bub move and as soon as i relax and feel more happy i'll get a big kick :) but if your really worried just talk to your midwife to calm your nerves. All the best hun and remember to just relax x

Eat or drink something very cold, or try lying still and relaxed for a while. That could make bub move?

i dnt know I wouldn't take that chance maybe drink a lot of apple juice and if he still dnt move call ur doctor

He ended up moving around late that night! SO came home from work at 1am and layed his head on my belly to listen for his heartbeat and baby kicked him hard lol it was relieving and cute!!

Very normal i didnt start feeling regular movement til 28 wk
