Bloody show (No pic)

So I had my second sweep yesterday around 10am. I bled a little then it went away and I had my normal discharge. I was crampy with off and on contractions all day/evening. Went to sleep and kept waking up due to being uncomfortable and peeing every frickin 10 minutes. This morning around 7am I lost a huge piece of mucous plug with blood in it. Since then I’ve been losing mass amounts of more mucous plug without blood. Wondering if this is a good sign that labor may be near? I am 39 weeks and the doctor said usually around this time your body won’t regenerate a new mucous plug. I’ve been having some pretty intense contractions about 9 to 14 minutes apart for a few hours now too. About to go for a walk in a little bit🤷🏼‍♀️ idk... I’m so confused and just want this to be a good sign 😩
