I've been on a combined birth control pill on what will be 2 weeks now this saturday (and I have been consistent with it) my doc said it should be fully effective after 1 week but would wait til week 2 to have sex unprotected. 2 days ago my SO and I have had unprotected sex in which he came inside. Ive been having slight cramps yesterday and as of now for today... just was cleaning myself up and this came out.

Per Glow, my period should start on January 13th... could this indicate pregnancy or something else??
