Weight
Ok so I’m 5’3 and 170 pounds. I’m 14 and live on a farm so I can’t go to the gym. I’ve tried working out at home but I can’t do much because I have ankle issues. It’s not like I’m super lazy and don’t do anything, I go outside and help my dad and grandpa on the farm. I’m pretty happy with my body it’s just my belly. I’d like to get rid of my belly fat... so I just wanna know if you guys have any dieting suggestions. I need them to be easy for me to do. Like something easy for school and that doesn’t cost a bunch of money.
