What sizes to put on baby registry?

I already have some new born but nowhere near what I’ll need I don’t think. Like maybe 5 little outfits and couple of little onesies and sleepers. I’m just wonder what sizes to put on my registry? NB? 3M? 6M? 
And how many of each? Like, I have no idea how long babies typically wear these sizes and how many ill need of each size.

Honestly when people buy clothes for showers its cute stuff they find. I never found most people to follow a registry for clothe sizes so i wouldnt stress about it.

I got so many newborn and 3 month old clothes I have a bunch still in the closet with tags. He never wore anything more than once. I would request more 6 months and up

Don’t put clothes on your registry. People will always buy clothes anyways. And blankets.

Clothes are a popular gift from those who don’t follow the registry, or a little something extra people but to go with their registry gift. People like to pick clothes out themselves and will probably give you all different sizes. It’s not something you really need to register for in my experience.

We had gotten way too many newborn size clothes. My baby grew out of them by 5 weeks 😂 she didn’t even get to wear Half of them ! 
I think what you bought is perfectly fine for newborn, I’d move on to 3 month outfits and 3-6. We have a few outfits and onesies of each size.

I would ask for nb to 12 months. 
My baby was in 12 months by 4-5 months old.

Get some newborn but not many because babies grow fast. But I would mostly get 0-3 and 3-6 months...

Totally depends on the baby.  My girl was in 0-3 until almost 5 months, but her cousins are 6 months and already in 9-12 month sizes.
