Flu-like body aches first trimester?

Curious because I don't have the flu but my legs, feet, and pelvic area are getting occasional aches and pains- kind of like you feel when you are sick with the flu.

Yes, my biggest symptom my first trimester was feeling like I’d been hit by a truck. I can’t even pin point exactly how/why I didn’t feel well, but it was almost as if I was coming down with something.

Ugh I’m getting all kinds of pains all the time! Sometimes it’s gas related. Sometimes it’s because the little cyst they found on my ovary. Sometimes it’s because I need water. It’s all over the place.
