My hips are KILLING me
I’m 23 weeks and my hips are so sore it hurts to walk, sit, stand. Is there anything you do to relieve the pain?
It’s just the relaxin making everything so sore 😖
UPDATE: I bought a swiss ball and it’s amazing to sit on
