Think I'm pregnant, need advice on symptoms

Hello! My fiancé and I have had sex a lot at least 4-5 days in a row (while I was ovulating) and then one of Those days we had sex 4 times in a row...one after another. Sorry TMI I know haha every time he did end up pulling out but I have had very strange pulling and pinching feelings in my uterus and my boobs have been very very sore. The passed 4 days I have been waking up starving !!! Even in the middle of the night feeling sooo hungry! I have also had headaches the passed week every single day....! Do you think I could be pregnant?
