What’s your opinion on long distance relationships?

Well. It can work. My relationship of 6 years is proof.
However, it was A LOT of work and we’ve evolved from where we started.
We’ve been living together for a few years, but I’m leaving again in a few months for training. We are stronger than ever but it’s still going to be tough.
The trust was built over time. The sense of “home” was built too. We almost broke up a billion times at the beginning because we were long distance and stupid but now there’s no fucking way.

Depends on what kind of long distance. I’ve dated someone I met over Xbox one time and it was great for about a year then he cheated and his friend told me and we stayed together but it just went down hill after that. But I’ve also dated someone that I used to go to school with and he moved to another state and he visited me when he came home for holidays but it was a little tough and didn’t quite work out. I think it takes a very strong couple to be able to do long distance.

I feel they are harder when you are pregnant right now my s/o is missing out on the appointments, event though it's for a good reason it still sucks.
But we have amazing communication so it makes the time easier not always but it make it better.
