I’m reading stories on here about women who got pregnant right away after their mc and some even in the same month so my question is were any of you ladies afraid of getting a infection by having sex so soon ? My dr said wait 4 weeks after my d&c and yet I hear some women say two weeks is long enough so who is right ? Multiple drs will give different time frames

If you have a natural miscarriage without the procedure you can start earlier. My dr told me I could start as soon as the bleeding stopped. Lost mine at 6 weeks. So it depends on the situation. Definitely listen to your dr so you can do what’s best for your situation! 🙏🏽

I had a D&C in October & let me tell you wait the 4 weeks! I tried to have sex at 3 weeks and idk if it was just me but it hurt . They told me we could after 2 weeks but it hurt

Wait until your doctor clears you. Miscarriages are not cut and dry and every experience is different.

My doctor said we could have sex two days after if I wanted lol just not to start trying again until 2 weeks later

It all depends on your mc situation but most importantly on what your doctor says. My doctor said I was okay and that I could try again if I felt up to it, as soon as the bleeding which at that point was spotting stopped. I usually wait a month after.
