Sad day
My twin sister was really sad when my husband and I shared our pregnancy with everyone but then she became pregnant too. But today they couldn't find her babies heart beat and it hasn't grown. It's pretty certain they will miscarry soon. And it's heartbreaking. And I don't know how to help. And I just feel inept.
