Could I be that tiny percentage of people?

This may sound weird but I'm most certain that I ovulated last month because of my CM and bbt checks, I don't use ovulation kits and don't want to but based on what I logged I was able to determine when I ovulated.. Now, my period is 12 days late and I'm getting BFNs, today I started getting EWCM and now I'm very confused... I've heard of people ovulating without getting a period but I know it's rare... Could that be me? My doctor told me to wait 2 weeks to see if AF shows but before then she won't see me.. Any thoughts? I need help 😕
