Does anyone else gag and throw up while brushing their teeth? It’s seriously ridiculous because I could literally be brushing my front teeth and my gag reflex triggers. Sometimes I’m able to hold back the barf but other times not. Thank you, little one for the weird stuff I now live with. Lol

Try making the "ahhhh" noise the doctor says to do when checking your throat. I do it when I brush my tongue and it totally works with the gagging lol. Maybe it'll help? Sounds very funny tho! 🤣

Ugh... yes! I've been trying to use a little less toothpaste and also try brushing my tongue with just water before I use toothpaste. Also, have to be really quick brushing my tongue to avoid puking!

I was brushing my teeth while sick and started coughing. Instantly threw up. Lol pregnancy is beautiful

Not throwing up but definitely gagging. My OB said it's normal and nothing to be concerned about, just an annoyance. Slightly less toothpaste than usual has been helping the past couple of days.

Every day!!! So annoying! The littlest things make me gag right now! I was watching a show with my two year old and they gagged and I almost lost my cookies.

Omg girl. YES. Everyday, two to three times a day! I dread having to brush my teeth, puke city.
