Did I overheat? Worried!!!

Before I knew I was pregnant - from 1-3 weeks I went to shape house which is this urban sweat lodge. You go inside a heated sleeping bag and sweat for 50 minutes. It’s about 158F. I have my first doctors appointment next week! 
Just nervous. Maybe I overheated?! And harmed the baby?

At 1-3 weeks? It’s possible you hadn’t even conceived yet! Not sure how far along you are now, but you’d probably know if something were wrong. 
I didn’t think we hit the mark the month we conceived and drank like a fish Thanksgiving weekend. The spawn or as I like to call it 🦠 is fine, confirmed this week with a HR 150 at 7+2.
Before 4 weeks they’re living off the egg and the nutrients there... they’re not living off you yet. If you were pregnant you certainly hadn’t implanted at 1-3 weeks!
