So Yesterday I got drunk with some friends from work and my boyfriend was mad 🤨 because I got sloppy drunk I haven’t been out since I had our baby and he was saying rude stuff “you should be ashamed our child saw you like that “ like dude chill tf out I just wanted to have fun I was pregnant for a WHOLE 9 MONTHS ‼️ our baby is 2 months btw

I have a two month old baby on my lap rn and all she does is look up at the ceiling fan 😂 she doesn’t gaf about eye contact. As long as you didn’t drink and drive then you’re good!

Every time he does anything out of pocket, flip it back on him so he can how dumb it is that he said that. He leaves dirty clothes on the floor and doesn't pick them up when you ask? The baby is going to see that pile. He wants an extra scoop of ice cream? The baby is going to see him being gluttonous. 😂😂😂

Yeah he’s being a dickhead. My husband and I often joke around about how drunk I’ll be on a few glasses of wine after the baby arrives. It happens. You haven’t drank alcohol for almost a year and your body doesn’t know what’s hit it! It’s not like you have a newborn or you left your baby with a stranger to go have drinks. I hope you had a very enjoyable night and didn’t have too much of a hangover 💖

I mean I think it’s unappealing when anyone gets sloppy drunk, mom or not, but your baby isn’t going to remember so he should’ve just said what really bothered him about it. Your body is way more likely to reach that point after pregnancy because 1) you lost any tolerance you may have had and 2) your metabolism is different. I’ve seen women get very noticeably drunk off two glasses of wine lol so if you were trying to keep up with your old pace you’d definitely surpass regular drunk and make your way into “sloppy” levels. That being said, I would not care at all if my husband went out drinking and I stayed home with our daughter when she’s that age.... but I would be irritated if he came back home completely wasted. We grew out of that lifestyle way before we started trying to conceive though.

Honestly he's being an asshole. If he really had a problem with it he should have just spoke to you about it respectfully if he was in that situation where you went almost a year without drinking I can promise he would have done the same
