Am I being paranoid? The doctor said it’s a girl without a doubt but I am confused why it’s pointy looking here. Am I being crazy? What do you all think?

She’s probably just swollen. I think that looks like a girl :)
My parents kept my sex a surprise until I was born & when I was born, my dad thought I was a boy because I was so swollen😑 
He thinks that story is still so funny... 29 years later...🙄
